Watch the adventure unfold, and get an intimate look at what it takes to tackle the formidable Arc of Attrition route twice! As Mike and his crew take on some of Cornwall’s most rugged and isolated trails.
This is a heart warming tale of friends coming together to support one of their own as he attempts an incredible challenge.

We will be taking donations at this event, so please bring anything you want to pass on along on the day. There will be a full array of clothing, footwear and accessories to rummage through and take home!
We are a community organisation that takes unwanted running gear to donate out for free. Appearing at local races and events with items of running and workout gear to be passed on. Our moto…’like what you see? Take it, it’s free”.
The swap box attends many events, so please contact feel free to contact them for any further information and to drop off any donations prior to any event.

The best way to kick off the Cornwall Running Show 2026 is with an epic Community Run guided by the crew from Whirlwind Run Club! They are joining forces with their amazing footwear partners Brooks Running UK, to bring you a super-charged morning of miles, mates, and brand-new shoes!
What’s the Plan?
Starting at 9:00 am for the ultimate guided experience!
Shoe Test Event: Get to lace up and test out the newest design shoes from Brooks Running on the run.
Community Vibe: This isn’t a race—it’s a social, community-focused run for all paces.
Recharge: We’ll finish up with an energy recharge and social session to get you ready to explore the rest of the show.
